THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN QUALITY OF INFORMATION, CONDITION OF ORDER AND TIMELINESS WITH CUSTOMERS SATISFACTION TOWARDS J&T COURIER SERVICE SINCE MOVEMENT CONTROL ORDER (MCO) IN PERLIS.

Abstract

This research is conducted to investigate customer's satisfaction towards the service provided by J&T courier service in Perlis. The factors that leads to the choice of J&T courier by the consumers in handling their online purchases are such as the quality of information, the condition of the orders when it arrives and the timeliness of the delivery. This research is held in order to gather response from the targeted respondents regarding the factors that influence them in choosing which courier service in handling their shipped items. A number of 100 respondents has been selected to answer the questionnaire prepared by us. In addition, this study has used materials from primary and secondary sources to meet the objectives of this study. The results of the study shows that the factors that cause the preference towards J&T courier service, rather than other courier services is because of the brand itself, that is well known for its quality service, the service provided by the management, the condition of order is at good state when the parcels arrive, and the fast delivery according to the given estimation period, which makes the items arrive on time. On top of all, the hope of this study is that it can be used by academics as a reference for the future.
