COUNTERWEIGHT PULLEY SYSTEM OF A SHUTTER TRANSMISSION FOR SUPPLY PART
Abstract
This article presents a study of the potential energy efficiency improvement by means of adjusting the counterweight. Overall, dimension the counterweight based on assembly production line the analysis is one of the fastest systems that can be apply at the shutter because can improve product and can reduce of the back-pain problem for manpower. This improvement of the shutter must also make the manpower easy to use and does not use more energy to pick up the tray with exhaust and put it to production trolley in line. This paper will be focusing on the apply counterweight system for make more efficiency of the production. The analysis for this paper that shown the design for the shutter without counterweight and after applying the system of the counterweight it also has support data that apply the counterweight have more easily and friendly use to our manpower in production line and the data for production increase after use this system on the exhaust shutter.
