Abstract

The major goal of this research is to use appropriate Statistical Process Control (SPC) methodologies to achieve the optimum temperature results and produce Standard Operation Procedure (SOP). Control chart is an SPC tool that has been identified and utilized in this project. It aims to obtain the optimum temperature suitable for use in heating process. From this study, the new SOPs generated can help employees to operate the oven according to the instructions that have been stated. Also, in terms of efficiency and effectiveness of the resulting SOP can help them to carry out the process of wrapping process well and the production of quality final products. The data that has been obtained has been collected since December 2021. With the data, it can set the appropriate temperature readings to be used and displayed on the SOP.
